2. Global Logistics & Freight Forwarding Services
All shipping quotes, ocean freight bookings (LCL/FCL), air cargo arrangements, customs clearance requests, warehousing operations, and drayage services rendered via this website or through our logistics specialists are governed by the following operational rules:
- Quotations & Rate Validity: All freight rate quotations provided online or via email are subject to carrier space availability, fuel surcharge fluctuations, terminal handling charges, and seasonal market adjustments until a formal booking confirmation is issued.
- Cargo Clearance & Customs Compliance: Importers and exporters are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FDA, USDA, and destination customs authorities.
- Transit Times: Estimated sailing schedules and flight itineraries are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. LA 24-7 Forwarder is not liable for carrier port omissions, weather delays, labor strikes, or customs inspections.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LA 24-7 Forwarder owns all legal rights, titles, and interests in the intellectual property presented on this website, including but not limited to text, graphic design, company logos, service marks, logistics guides, software scripts, and user interface elements.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and print website content solely for internal commercial logistics evaluation. You must not:

4. Shipper Warranties & Dangerous Goods Declarations
When booking shipments with LA 24-7 Forwarder, the customer (Shipper/Consignee) warrants and guarantees that:
- All cargo descriptions, piece counts, gross weights, dimensions, and Harmonized System (HS) codes submitted are completely truthful and accurate.
- Cargo is packed, labeled, marked, and stowed adequately to withstand the ordinary risks of ocean, air, or highway transport.
- Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) or Dangerous Goods (DG) are declared strictly in accordance with IMO, ICAO, and DOT regulations prior to dispatch.
5. Limitation of Liability & Cargo Insurance
In accordance with statutory carriage laws, the liability of LA 24-7 Forwarder for cargo loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited as follows:
- Ocean Cargo: Governed by the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act (COGSA), limited to $500 USD per package or customary freight unit unless a higher value is declared and additional freight paid.
- Air Freight: Governed by the Montreal Convention or Warsaw Convention rules, limited to applicable Special Drawing Rights (SDR) per kilogram.
- Domestic Trucking & Warehousing: Limited according to standard bill of lading terms and warehouse receipt conditions.
We strongly recommend all international buyers and sellers purchase comprehensive All-Risk Cargo Insurance to protect against unforeseen transit risks, general average claims, and natural disasters.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any service agreements entered into with LA 24-7 Forwarder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California and U.S. Federal Maritime Law, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
7. Modifications to Terms
LA 24-7 Forwarder reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, update, or amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued usage of our website or freight forwarding services following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
